I currently own 2 headphones, the Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro 250 Ohm and Sennheiser hd 598. I am planning on buying the DT1770 soon, I first want to try but from what I read so far I think I will like it. Anyway, I am currently listening to music on my computer, headphones are connected to my Creative Sound Blaster.

I was wondering what kind of stuff I can buy to make music sound better on my computer. I am not really a big fan of that sound blaster I own and I want to replace it. What would you guys recommend? A amp? A new soundcard? I use my computer mostly to watch blurays and for listening to music. Every once in a while I play some computer games, but I rarely do that to be honest.

Well actually there a ton of options out there. You could get a Soundblaster ZxR or one of asus xonar soundcards. Or you go completely dedicated with a seperate dac and amp. Depends on you and your needs really.

Are those things actually good? I haven't tried them, but if I remember correctly products made for gamers are not really that good.

Sound cards made for a gamer still make decent DAC/amp.
But as you really have no need for the features that come on a sound card, might as well get a external DAC/amp.

FiiO E10K or FiiO Q1 or Schiit Fulla all make decent DAC/amp for under $100

Here is a used Modi optical DAC, with Vali tube headphone amplifier, current bid is $120, ($18 shipping).

(ad is mislabel as Magni/Vali, but it is Modi/Vali hardware)

I think a used Asus Xonar DX or D1 sound card (used $50), combined with a FiiO A3 (E11K) headphone amplifier ($60), makes a good value.
The Xonar comes with a CS4398 DAC chip :)

And the A3 can be used with more then just a computer sound card.

Or to save even more money, Creative Labs sound blaster Z sound card, $65
