This kind of thing only happens to me:
Yesterday I had my receiver/speakers on running sound with my tv, I ran a hot air popcorn machine and afterwards noticed a humming coming through my speakers. The humming is noticeable with my tv on but not too much when I'm running my source....am I screwed? I don't understand how the humming may have started just from running a hot air popcorn machine (of all things), but this is something that has me wondering if I'm screwed. I've checked the wiring in the back and moved wiring around thinking it might be some sort of interference, but to no avail.
Any suggestions are welcome.
