I converted all my music to 192kbs from 320kbs because tbh I can't hear a difference, even with my Sony MDR-1Rs and I'm running out of space on my mp3 player. The problem is when I converted all the folders went I was just left with the songs.
 
This has (I'm assuming) caused problems with the mp3 reading the files and there's a lot of duplicate albums so I want to re-convert. So I need a high quality converter that can keep all the folders and everything exactly the same but just change the bit rate. Any ideas?

I use media monkey, Jriver, foobar

They all work fine and give you folder structure options when you convert
