Yep. I posted about these before in another thread. The previous Ebay listing had 1 single shill bidder that drove the price up to $700 - which is what they sold for. I hope that dude and his shill bidder had a fun time paying those Ebay fees (although I am sure they came up with some other scam to get out from under paying the fees).
So now here we go with round 2. Assuming the drivers are in perfect condition, I wouldn't pay much more than $150 for them personally, since it will require a lot more money (and TLC) on top of that to get them in a respectable condition - new headband, possible need of a recable, replacement locking screws, etc. And that evaluation is based only on the way they look. God only knows what kind of operational condition they are in. As it stands, they look like they were thrown out of the window of a moving vehivle driving 75 MPH. Buyer beware.
Anyway, thanks for pointing them out again. I will keep an eye on them to see if some sucker is willing to dish out that kind of cash for a dilapidated pair of headphones.
