I have just ordered a set of these head phones and have a little money left over (went with bamboo over rose wood) so would be very grate full for some advice on how to get my system a bit more ready....
Computer Audio
Asus Xonar DS --> Foobar (flac) --> Fiio E11K --> Audeze LCD-2
Portable Audio for mooching around the house
Fiio x1(flac files) --> Fiio E11K --> Audeze LCD-2
What would be the most cost effect way to improve this?
I mostly use my computer over the x1.
Music tastes varies from old crooners like Tom waits to ambient / Dance like The Orb and then on to new classical like Nils Frahm and Max Richter.

In the end I got the Schiit's..
Schiit Lyr 2 amp with LISTT and 6BZ7 tubes.
Modi 2 DAC
Luckily I also have an understanding wife as I am way over budget!
