drop 2k, 4k, 8k and 16k
Those are your upper mids and treble.
8k and 16k specifically, but upper mids can be piercing as well.

Play around with those 4 until you have a nice sound for you.

If you are using the settings you shown in the pic then why have the upper frequencies more elevated if you want to tame the treble just makes no sense.
