Hi,
 
I'd like to have a saved search for the for sale forum so that when a new thread that matches my criteria is added, I'll get an email notification. How do I go about doing this?

You can subscribe to a Thread. or the the entire FS secion.
you can't have yourself notified when someone writes a certain word on the forum...
