I'm having trouble finding something good to store my iem's cabels and tips.

For now I use a getto method of using a thee box to store my iem's but this will really soon be insufficient.

Can you show me your ways of storing and advise?

I use something similar to yours, but with more boxes/partitions:

Otherwise for spare cables/tips that I infrequently use, I just put them in small hard cases for storage:

These are available on aliexpress for a few bucks.

The small boxes make a mess quickly for me, ie80s is innits own pouch and I don't like that.
But your big box looks really handy

I got this box at $20ish usd from a local watch shop. They called it a "luxury watch storage box". Pretty sure u can find something similar.
