How to reset Ruizu X08 player

My  Ruizu X08 player  is "stuck on: and will not respond to any of the buttons including on/off 
 
Any idea how to "reboot " it ? any combination of  buttons wil re-set it ?

While he was using a different player (the X02), try asking @peter123, as he created this thread. He might have some insight on what might reset his player, and it might be applicable.

I"m afraid it didn't help. I can't see how to " force shutdown " The on off butin deosn't do anything at all .The player remains stuck on .Any ideas to help me?

Unfortunately I've got the same issue with my X02 andhave not been able to solve it.

I might try to download a new fw to see if that helps, just need to find the time......
