I just received my Silver Dragon cable for my HD800s, and I seem to be puzzled as to how to replace it. I mean, it's obvious, but the connectors seem to be pretty well fit into their places at the phone cans, and I cannot get them out. Do I have to pull, or what?

Yes. Just grab the connector from its body (don't grab the cable) and pull. It will come out. Then take your Silver Dragon cable connector and match the internal knotch to the giude in the headphone connector and push it in.

Use a a shirt, towel, or cloth of some sort to get a better grip on it, then just pull.  It's slotted in their pretty firmly and will take some effort to pull out.
