Hello
The speaker wire was poorly terminated. Loose speaker wire strips are within the speaker terminal.
What is the best way to remove all those bare speaker wire strips from within the av receiver's speaker terminal?
The av receiver is the RX-V673.
Please see a photos of the av receiver at the following official link: http://usa.yamaha.com/products/audio-visual/av-receivers-amps/rx/rx-v673_black_u/?mode=model
The speaker terminals are the Yamaha type that have a knob that can be tightened and loosened. However, the knob doesn´t seems to come off completely. The speaker terminals can receive banana plugs.
Thanks.
