Sorry if this has been gone over but I searched around and found nothing. Do I just pull them off? I'm afraid I'll rip something. Also, what's the best way to clean them? Washing machine on cold\gentle with detergent or is that bad? I don't feel right selling them without cleaning first but don't want them ruined. Thanks all.

No idea about how to remove them, but I'd never let a washing machine to twist up those little pads. Hand washing would be quicker, safer and (maybe) you'll get better outcome.
