How to reach Monsters costumer service when phone numbers provided doesn't work...

Can anyone please help me with this? I have a Monster Turbine Pro Copper, where the left driver is mutet. I need to use the lifetime replacement warranty. But the phone numbers provided with the paperwork doesn't work. I tried to write them many times - for months - but I only get the autoreplys.
 
They are bought from amazon.co.uk and they are an authorized dealer/seller.
 
Anyone else have this problem? Anyone knows what to do?

I have read terrible things about Monsters customer service. Endless unanswered emails. hours of waiting on the phone all to end up having a less than 20 minute phone call with them and everything be sorted out. Someone here might have the their correct ET phone home number.

There was a member - a member here that went through this painstaking task not long ago.
