I need to open up the Left/Right square that my Grado headpband fits into. How do I do it? I tried just prying and felt like I was going to break it.

Nevermind... figured it out. My first mistake was trying to squirt some hot glue into the hole and then jam the headband end in there. The glue had too much mass and dried too quickly. I wanted to open the square, scrape out the hot glue and go from there. What I ended up doing was just soaking the square in hot water for a few minutes. Still couldn't open it up, but was able to jam the headphone end into the square as the hot water seems to have made the hot glue blob maleable. Ended up fixing the problem of the headphone end always falling out.
