I finally dug my HD600s out of storage after moving and I can't locate what I did with the cables, so I purchased an inexpensive replacement set. I go to install them and the left side goes in normal, the right side had a little problem and then I noticed that somehow the inner diaphragm moved relative to the ear casing and the cable didn't plug in. I need to open them up to see if I can fix them. Just don't want to royally screw them up in the process, as I love these cans.

Does anyone have some insight, link to any such resource, etc? I'd greatly appreciate the guidance.

Fixed mine already, asked an answered (by myself).
