My left driver is cutting in & out, i think the wire is lose. So how do you open Grado SR-80's?

If under warrenty send it into Gradolabs. If not, the hair dryer method works. Keep the thing aimed at the edges only and away from the diaphragms. The glue keeps it pretty secure, so it's still difficult to open, but the heat helps. It took me awhile.
