Hello fellow Head-Fiers

I got pretty much interested in the Shure SE846, but since it has only 9 ohm impedance I wanted to check output impedance on my sources first.

Couldn't find any information on my Smartphone :LG G2, so I wanted to check it myself.

On my portable DAC/AMP I found this:

GAIN Control 2 Level Output impedance <0.3Ω (from http://fiio.net/news/index.aspx?ID=100000128869812&page=1)

Since the Shure SE846 has only 9 ohm impedance, a headphone jack impedance lower then 1 ohm is optimal.

Does someone know where I can find Headphone Jack impedance for the LG G2, or how I could possibly measure it?

Thanks

I think the term you mean is output impedance. I've searched a bit on google, but couldn't find anything for that device. If I had to guess, I'd say the output impedance of that device is probably greater than 1 ohm. But, I don't know for sure. Have you tried contacting the company that made the phone? They might be able to help.
