I hope this is the right category for this question as this may be more of a computer question than a DAC question, but here goes:
I have a Fiio e10k and in the Audio MIDI Setup I set the sample rate to 44.1 khz and the bit depth to 2ch-24-bit integer, however any time I unplug the DAC and plug it back in, the bit depth is set to 2ch-16-bit integer. Is there a way to make it so it's 24-bit by default when I plug it back in?
