I'm a bit intrigued by trying out a 120 ohm adapter, like the Oelbach.

But maybe it isn't too difficult to make one?
Anyone got a How-to for me?

I couldn't find any on Headwize.

Very easy, it's just a 120 Ohm resistor in series with each channel

Another thing.
If you want to try out other resistors, it's just to add those instead?

Thanks!

Just incorporate a 120ohm resistor in series with each channel and solder them into a 6.3mm jack or into the adaptor socket: http://www.rock-grotto.co.uk/etymotic.htm

Basically you are just soldering a 120 ohm resistor in series with both the left channel and right channel.... ie: imagine the cable was chopped in half.... you would connect the resistors as shown in the pic.

Thanks, that looks do-able.
Or...you wouldn't happen to have any of those Ety adapters lying around, just wanting to be sold?

Unfortunately no
