I've got some beyer pleather pads that I want to try out on my Grado SR-225s. Has anyone attempted to do this? Basically I'm trying to figure out the best way to secure them, I know how to secure the pads to a circular coutout, but I'm not entirely secure how to attach this assembly to the drivers. I'd like a sturdy, but not permanent connection.

C-pads are held in place by a little blue tack putty.
