Hi,

I have got the mdr ex90 and actually I like the sound very much...BUT, they hardly block any noise. I found myself listening to a pair of beatufully sounding in ear phones...but beautifully only at home

Could be done anything to improve this poor isolation, so that I can enjoy a better sound outside on the street too?
I do not want to swich to sure e2...
I have tried all the silicons that came with the sony, nothing helped.

I used to own the EX81's, and I've only seen pictures of the EX90's, so if I'm wrong, just ignore me.

You can try foamies that other IEMs use. They may help because they really do isolate on my UM1's.
The silicons on the EX81's were pretty good already, about 75% performance of the foamies on the UM1. I would recommend to get foamise and try to fit them if it's even possible.
