I plan to recable my Alessandro MS2 and I will also change for woodies cup. Can you tell me how to open the cup without any damage ?

Take a hairdryer to warm the metal cap, the glue gets soft then. It can simply be taken off then. Take care not to exagerrate, and blow only from the sides.

Hope your Alessandro isn't brand new. They seem to have changed the glue recently, I've heared that the caps are almost irreversable with that newer glue.

it's an MS2 and not MS2i so it's an old one
