How to convert Final Fantasy XIV Bluray soundtrack to flac?

The bluray soundtrack comes with a digital download version but the download files are in mp3. Does anyone have any idea of how to convert the Bluray tracks to Flac so I can put them onto a DAP? Thanks.

The best solution I've been able to find through searching is Pavtube BDMagic.
