I was using my Yuin Pk3s without foam covers and the grill holes are built-up with one thing or another and are plugged. Any idea how to clean them?

I would wash the buds with 1.5% hydrogen peroxide, being careful to not get any into the grill holes. Same for the cable. If it's still oily, use some rubbing alcohol on the buds (though not the cable). Just remember, don't soak whatever you'll be using to wash them. Just make it damp in order to avoid dripping.

I can see this earbud cleaning effort is going to be a long-term thing. Wipe wipe wipe, still there. ;-;
Using Q-tips and some ethanol wipes.

I just remembered what clogged it, cake frosting from the last time I made cupcakes.
 It fell in the container grill down.
