Does anyone know how many people actually visit this site on a daily or weekly basis?

I cannot say how popular it is in comparison to other websites, (although I do think head-fi is the largest) but this is how many  people are online as of 11:30 P.M.

I'm sure Jude knows exactly how many visitors the site has. However, that sort of information is probably private data that isn't shared other than as part of the pitch given to potential and current advertisers.

As far as other sites "about the exact same subject" - like who? There are a few headphone sites, but they aren't even a pimple on head-fi's footer. Now, with that said, there are larger audio & home theater sites, for example avsforum. But they also cover a much larger industry segment with a broader scope.

Yeah. Alexa is a good place to get some general statistics of a website. You can also try website outlook dot com. 
 
Head-fi is the most popular place when it comes to headphones, no doubts about that. It is getting several visitors daily.
