looking to upgrade from my sr60's. I have seen some sr325's...not the i. What is a good price to pay for these phones??

look around the FS threads here and you shall find the average second hand prices quite easily and quickly.

Around 220 (US dollars) seems to be the most common rate. Mine were up for sale not long ago so I payed attention to their prices. No longer for sale though.

Yeah, around $200 seems like a fair price.
Considering that its successor, the SR325is, sell for $295 brand new.
