That's a good price, i think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the warm sound it puts out. Drives my 7506's just fine and probably a good match for lower end Grado's.

I think i'm gonna have to whip out my E33 and try it with Grado's

well i have this obsession with the r55, i dont kow why, buy its worth about $50-$75, dont pay more than that... superbaldguy, u never told me u got the 80... is it nice? its kinda a rear unit, i personally also want a e800, the only true sony oddball...

I should have it on Monday. I sort of miss the sound of the MZ-R70, which I gave to a freind, but the E80 should have that and more.
