Good God no... The baby mice wine was the worst for me... I don't remember where, but I once saw some snake wine in either Vietnam or Korea. That was freaky. There were tons of huge bottles with a huge cobra inside and tons of little snakes crammed inside

Balut didn't surprise me, very common in Asia. You'd have to have a gun to my head to make me eat it though

I'd gladly give pacha a try. Here in Singapore we eat fish heads (in curry or soup) right down to the bone, eyeballs and all

So I imagine a sheep head wouldn't be all too different (we also eat some rather unimaginable parts of the pig).
And being Asian I'd heard of balut and mice wine before...that casu marzu grosses me out though.
