how many cd's do you own?

You can check out my collection here. It's not updated since I have just picked up a bunch of used CDs recently. The database kind of solved the problem of cataloging, doesn't it??

But those are only my English-language CDs. Have another 300+ Hong Kong pop CDs that are not on any database. Currently working on a Chinese-language Excel file that will catalog all these HK pop albums.

Add another 10 (maybe) Japanese pop CDs. Then another 15 SACDs and 2 DVD-A.

All CDs above are legitimate store-purchased items. Have CD burner but only burned 2 copies for car use only.

Trade with people on various forums and definitely download tons of SHN's and Flac's, i recently download the entire dave matthews and tim reynolds tour, all 20 gigs worth.

Funny thing is that there are audience recordings out their that would level commercial releases.

I'm one of those people that are afraid to count how many they have. If I had to guess, I'd say it's getting close to 1000 if it hasn't already past that number. Space is definitely becoming an issue for me, with more and more piles appearing on the floor since I've run out of regular CD storage space.
