How was wondering how many CD each of you personally bought or received as a gift.

I bought most of my CDs, got may be about 10 in total that was presents.

There was a time when i just buy CDs because i like a single off it, it's how i gotten so many. Never really counted but it's quite a lot.

I think I am in the 700 range now.... I don't feel like counting them.

And YES I listen to just about all of them, so I will never downsize.

I'm around this. And I don't even own an SACD player lol - all of mine are SACD hybrids, waiting for that magic SACD source at the right price (as in, free.) Don't have 50 though, more like 20.

I refuse to count at this point, but I know I was in the 800 range a couple of years ago, and my buying has certainly not slowed down...
If I had to guess, I'd say anywhere from 1300 to 1500.
It's a sickness, but I'm seeking counseling...

Yes the poll concern CD that you own. Either you bought it or your received it as a gift. Mp3 that you downloaded are not included.

I didn't except that almost 25% of you had more than 1000 CD, that worths around $10 000, it is so much!

That is assuming that you paid only 10$ for each CD, which is not much...

I haven't counted my CDs in a long while. However, I did count my SACDs several weeks ago....over 215 SACDs
