Are you talking about alessandro or that taiwanese store?

George (owner, salesperson, receptionist, janitor, repair and modification department) is not comfortable with computereze IMHO. Call him, he will take your order over the phone. He told me they were back ordered but to expect it within a week and 1/2 to 2 weeks. It was about 7 days total.

I was nervous about ordering on-line from them, after Firefox gave me a warning that the security certificate was out dated (like 3 years). He deals better on the phone. Not everyone is as comfortable with computers as people on Head-Fi.

IMO, the phones are beyond a bargain and the sound is Wonderful. I bought a set of Ms1's.
The phones arrived with comfies on them.

I've got a set of flat pads coming from Todd.

Yes, phone can be cool , but people as me who live in Europe (France for me), it is much easier to buy online.
Despite you can order for us ?

I'm not sure he would accept it. I can perfectly understand that he's not at ease with a computer, many people do. But he is George Alessandro, owner of the label Alessandro and his grado products sold on the net. He better get used to, because I think it is not the end, on the contrary.

Ko Nectic Jazz I lost track of how long it took to get a reply. I was like 25 when I ordered them and I just got them about a month ago..I'm now 58! ;-)~
I'm not trying to justify poor customer service. I was just trying to explain that Allesandro is not looking for headphone business from the rabid headphone geeks here at Head-Fi. That's not his business. He probably started selling the phones to his musician customers as a service to them. I tried to order on line and it didn't work to my satisfaction. I bought a set of Senn HD 595's which I am going to sell now that I have the Allesandros. A month later, I just called George up and ordered them on the phone with him. He told me it would take a week to a week and 1/2 for him to send them to me because he was out of stock. George said he expected his shipment either the next day or the following Monday. I never got an email from him telling me they were on the way. I never got the email stating my card had been charged either. I did get them in about a week and my receipt from the credit card was in the box.

I would definitely order some for you if you really mean it. I'd have to guarantee my usual fee: a free set for me of Allesandro MS2's ;-)

Here is the English order information webpage of Alessandro's official Taiwan dealer. http://www.hifi.com.tw/adm_static/ad_help_e.php
If you plan to buy MS-2 and Music Series Pro I recommend buying from them without any reservation. Their customer service is top notch and always reply and ship phones promptly. All of the Head-Fiers' who have purchased from them are satisfied.

I didn't bother sending an email but I called him up yesterday to check the order status and he was very nice and fast to tell me that...my ms-2s should get here this week!

So call him rater than email him.

When I bought my MSP last year, e-mails were replied the same day or within a day or so. I've also talked to George over the phone as well. As others have suggested, I have a feeling that this headphone section of his business probably has grown far more rapidly than he expected, mostly due to this place.
