They arrived at Etymotic this Tuesday (June 10th). Six business days later, and I haven't heard a thing fromthem. The CSR told me that the engineers will generally call you before they do any modifcations, is that correct?

If you guys have been through the RMA process, what usually happens and how long did it take for you to get your canalphones back?

Generally speaking they are supposed to have very good customer service and normally the turnaround time is only a day or two. I ran into problems with my order, they lost them for a couple of weeks. I would give them a call and inquire as to their status in case they've misplaced yours...
