Yes, bend the clip where the white see trough pastic is on. You can easily bend it tighter or looser to make it fit better.

Having lost most of my upper range hearing from around 15K and up I have done the Kramer mod minus the drill bit. It opens up the upper range for me to hear the bells and symbols.... Great set of phones for the price. They are my portables of choice.

I would reccommend glue on the clips as well as cutting out the center of the foam if you want to extend the highs! Turn the volume down........
