How does folder watching work in foobar?

Well I deleted some files, but they don't get removed by foobar automatically. I need to do a refresh. I'm not sure what is a standard playlist vs. a media library playlist. I set up the D:\Music folder as my folder I am monitoring and all the songs appear.

The way it now 'monitors' your library is superb, try altering a tag and watch it change in your media library[have it as a panel]. Try playing files in your playliist you've deleted or moved...no go.
