I don't have a clip like yours, but I used to take the earpiece for a Nokia 6610 that looks exactly like that. It loops around the ear but unfortunately with my glasses (spectacles - since you are from S'pore
), sideburns and earpiece, it's not a comfortable fit whether I'm running or not.
