It's great having it with my k712's but I can't use it when I'm on the road and battery packs are expensive. And I'm sure I'm not the only one, so have any of you figured out how and can give me detailed instructions on what parts I need and how to do it myself?

Perhaps there are some mods or workarounds
with which I'm unfamiiar...but if they exist they'd
probably void your warranty (at the very least).
