How do you set up ASIO with Foobar 0.8.3?

I have the av-710 with foobar set on wave output,cuz it doesn't work with kernel,I want to try ASIO,but I cannot get any sound out of it.Installed ASIO4all,and the foobar plug-in set on .dll,but no luck.HELP!
