The title basically says it all. I want to know how to read the frequency response graphs that are sometimes created for headphones (are there similar graphs for DAPs too?).

When a Frequency is not produced in its original form and just formed as an Extension.

something like Hearing Beats on iBuds... they are rolled off

I made this few months back, they are not accurate but should be able to give you some idea:
In comparison: Roll off treble, recessed mid, weak bass.

This "weak bass" graph may also be described as "bass rolled off".
