Hi I just got this and he thing clamps my head real bad... I hear theres some kinda headband mod or something I could do?

Anything else to help comfort? I like to use it for long periods or time at a time..

Also a question: does listening with the grados while you sleep hurt your ear?

Bend the headband gently out from the top. Be carefull and keep trying them back on your head in order to get a perfect fit.

As long as you are listening to the music on low volumes, it shouldn't matter and that goes for all headphones.

Wait - when you said listening while you SLEEP, did you mean listening while you were actually asleep?

In that case, there probably is a chance for damaging your ears - even low-levels of sound can be dangerous when one exposed to them for a long time....

Thought, I'm not exactly sure on how the ear functions when you are asleep....???
