How do you listen the feed from a digital mixer to iem?

I just ordered a pair of ue rm. other than listening to music, i want to listen to the feed from the digital mixer at live events. Since iem have lower impedance than big cans, what kind of attenuation do i need to use?
Does anyone have such experience?
