What tips do you use and how do you clean them? or do you use new for everyone?

You can use the triflanges and just clean them with alcohol or soak them in soapy water.

You could try new foamies for each person, but I've never cleaned foamies before.

I discovered (by accident) that if you leave ear plugs in your pocket, and wash your pants, they come out nice and clean! Just takes a few days to fully dry...

I use a set of triflanges for the purpose, and wash them in boiling hot soapy water and then disinfectant.
