No EQing here. Not with 225s, 325i, or anything else!

Grado 325: At least -2 DB on Treble
They definitely sound too bright without EQ.
For fun factor, I also boost the bass (+5 DB), to give a sub 90HZ pumping (although these phones have plenty of bass even without EQ).

MS1's with modded Senn 414's - No EQ whatsoever... They don't need it IMHO
