I just replaced a pair active desktop speakers that were fine https://philadelphia.craigslist.org/ele/d/philadelphia-swans-m200mkii-powered/7213697822.html with an amp https://www.head-fi.org/threads/replacement-cap-for-pushbutton-on-music-hall-amp.945001/ and speakers http://assets.klipsch.com/product-specsheets/R-15M-Spec-Sheet.pdf combination that sounds better.
And I thought: what if this better, which is fine, is not good enough. Before I had even spent a couple of hours with my new speakers, I was already looking for new speakers. The new combination is way better, yet.
Should I give myself a yearly enrollment window, like with my health insurance. How do you enjoy what you already have?
