How do I tell a recertified / refurbished B&W headphone?

I am looking for buying a Bowers & Wilkins headphone and searching for a good deal.

I found some on Ebay are listed at a 10%-15% discount on the retail price.

They are all listed brand new / factory sealed. How do I tell if they are legitimately brand new and not a recertified / refurbished version?

Thank you for the answers.

I bought a pair of recertified Bowers & Wilkins P7s from an authorised dealer, and honestly, you can't tell the difference they're in that good nick. They came in a white 'Recertified' box and if you take the earpad off, you can see the serial number. My P7 has a little 'RC' sticker in front of the number, where as my non-recertified P3s do not have this 'RC' sticker.

Id check there, but honestly, as long as you're buying from a confirmed B&W dealer and their listing highlights 'recertified by bowers & wilkins' you really won't know the difference between them and a new pair, superficially.
