i've never opened it or any amp before. i have the tool it came with, tried from the back and it didn't just fall out which i don't know why that would surprise me. tried the front and can't get it off most likely because of the volume knob. do i just need to remove all screws? all screws plus volume knob? ibasso isn't being responsive in the last 24 hours.
