Advertising in local newspaper maybe?
I would assume that a local pickup is more convenient than shipping for such a large item, and that you find local buyers easier through newspapers than some online advertisement site.

craigslist is free, and takes 2 minutes to post

local classifieds

some music stores will let you post an ad for it (of course, this doesnt work with stores that sell used pianos)

there are used piano stores that may buy yours - check the phone directory!

...do they still print phone directories?
