You're a contributor. You can upload to the head-fi gallery.

cozmo5050, hi

You can also add a attachment to your post,
(when making a post)
but it wont display directly in thread,
and is limited to 25 kb in head-fi (for non-contributors).

Other trick when you see in the net
a pic you want to post, is to copy his link.
(rigth click, see properties, select the link address and copy it.
Having the link, do as the others had said,
add
color]
.

Be shure to save the links address in a notepad file
so you can remember the name or find it if necessary,
since there is no need to upload the same pic
several times.

Also watch for the dimensions of the pic posted,
Keep the dimensions optimal for easy view
dont make it larger than your monitor screen,
it is silly...

To resize/resample the pic,
for example to reduce its size from 20cm for 10 cm (50% original)
Or to resize from 1000kb (huge) to 250kb (reasonable)

use can download IRFANVIEW, very good and free program:
http://www.irfanview.com

There are other good free programs like PICASA2.
This program is good to search pics you already have in your pc,
to crop them, and make some basic effects
.
http://www.picasa.com/

To add text to a pic, try PIXIA
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/pixia.html
takes some time to learn to work, but does the job.

The basic tools are acailable for free...
Ask some more advice when needed.
