I have headphones for my TV with a hearing distance of about 50 meters. I want to increase the hearing distance, how do I do that???
Signal booster of some type??

What do you mean? You want to be 50 m from your TV and still hear it on your headphones? How can you still see what's on the TV at that distance?

I listen to music or listen to the news while working in the yard

I really recommend just using an iPod for that. Or speakers.
