How do I get rid of the electric buzzing sound on my Windows and Mac laptops?

I use the 3.5mm jack of my laptops when I use them but when the battery is low, I have to connect the charger and that is when a faint electric buzz comes in.

I use fairly sensitive IEMs such as the CA Andromeda and Audeze headphones. The buzz can still be heard even when I use usb c DACs such as the Q5k or BRT7

What is the solution?

Just had this with a colleague using a macbook, he would get buzzing whilst charging unless he put a finger on the chassis. Gave him a shot of my S2 with shielded USB cable from my iFi Gryphon, instantly got rid of hum / buzzing when his charger was plugged in.

Did you try other USB ports to see if any further away from the power supply are quiet? I've had a Soundblaster X1 and the filter on that really silenced the noise floor on some USB ports off my monitor hub that had a low volume hiss on some DAC's. The noise filter they use in that really works to clean it up. It sounds great, but I like them since it works natively in Android and even Linux Mint found it right away.
