How do I extract or copy sound tracks from Blue Ray DVD?

I have a number of live concerts in Blue Ray DVD format and I want to know how can I copy the audio tracks and put them on my computer or portable player for play back.  I just hate to buy the CD version of the same concert.  Its like buying the same thing two times.
